Abstract
The electrohydrodynamic (EHD) dispersion of atmospheric aerosols consisting of a couple stress fluid through a vertical channel, when the walls are held at different temperatures is studied by using Taylor dispersion model. Analytical solutions for the nonlinear coupled equations are obtained using a regular perturbation technique (RPT) with buoyancy number, N(<<1) as the perturbation parameter. The effect of electric field and couple stress parameter on velocity, temperature and dispersion of aerosols are numerically computed and the results are represented graphically.

Abstract
Marketers' sustainability is highly dependent on providing their customers with a memorable experience. This experience manifests the care taken by marketers while interacting at every stage of customer's journey from need recognition to post-purchase behaviour. Customer experience's (CX) significance demands that it be measured succinctly to monitor it at various levels, beginning at the customer level and extending to the financial outcome of this interaction(s). This study has attempted to conduct the same, by measuring Net Promoter Score of the customers and the financial ramifications of good/bad CX. Evidence of financial implications of good/bad CX has been presented through secondary research. Customer level study was empirically conducted at two well-known retailers of India, one in the footwear category and the other in general merchandise. Finally, some successful examples from the Indian retail sector have been added to highlight the significance and impact of Indian retailers' measures to enhance their customers' experience.

Abstract
The model, presented here, is developed to study the axial dispersion and distribution of oil particle concentration in the presence of coriolis force of oil spilled under solid ice cover. The movement of oil slick is obtained by employing perturbation technique and the dispersion of oil is studied using generalized dispersion model proposed by Gill (1967). The mean concentration is computed by introducing a slug of finite length separated from pure solvent using suitable impermeable barriers by varying the dimensionless time, axial distance and length of solute slug. The results obtained are discussed in detail with the help of graphs and tables.

Abstract
The effect of magnetic field on unsteady convective diffusion in a couple stress fluid (blood) is studied using a time dependent dispersion model. This model is used to calculate the mean concentration distribution of a solute, bounded by the porous layer and is expressed as a function of dimensionless axial distance and time. The magnetic field, arising as a body couple in the governing equations is shown to increase the axis dispersion coefficient. This is useful to the control of haemolysis caused by artificial organs implanted or extracorporeal. Dispersion coefficient and mean concentration are computed for different values of Hartmann number (M), Couple Stress Parameter (a) and Porous Parameter (σ).

Abstract
To address the grand challenge of refugee workforce integration, a multistakeholder approach which incorporates contributions from governmental organizations, nongovernmental organizations, media, educational institutions, researchers, and the corporate sector, is vital. This chapter provides an overarching understanding of how various stakeholders influence refugee integration and how they can assist employers in promoting the cause.

Abstract
Purpose
Agri-food firms face many challenges when assessing and managing their performance. The purpose of this research is to determine important factors for an integrated agri-food supply chain performance measurement system.
Design/methodology/approach
This research uses the Peruvian kiwicha supply chain as a meaningful context to examine critical factors affecting agri-food supply chain performance. The research uses interpretative structural modelling (ISM) with fuzzy MICMAC methods to suggest a hierarchical performance measurement model.
Findings
The resulting kiwicha supply chain performance management model provides insights for managers and academic theory regarding managing competing priorities within the agri-food supply chain.
Originality/value
The model developed in this research has been validated by cooperative kiwicha associations based in Puno, Peru, and further refined by experts. Moreover, the results obtained through ISM and fuzzy MICMAC methods could help decision-makers from any agri-food supply chain focus on achieving high operational performance by integrating key performance measurement factors.

Abstract
This chapter explores the presentation of women's violence in Tamil mega serials. Tamil mega serials are produced in India and aired six days a week on satellite television channels. The story revolves around households with extended families living together and issues affecting women such as family well-being, motherhood and fertility. Women mostly take the role of the main protagonist and antagonist in Tamil serials. This chapter analyses the presentation of violence in 10 episodes of Chandralekha, a Tamil mega serial. Perpetrators of violence in Tamil serials are mainly female antagonists and other characters supporting the antagonists. The rivalry between the protagonist and antagonist centres around the struggle for property or the love of or marriage with a man. The type of violence ranges from mild to severe kinds of physical violence, and non-physical violence. The presentation of violence in Tamil serials reflects gender inequality in society. The meaning of some forms of violence in mega serials is closely related to the traditional gender roles and notion of traditional femininity in society.
